Refer a friend to Rae Recruitment and you will receive a $250 voucher if we successfully place them*. Email us directly on hello@raerecruitment.com.au or refer via the request link below. *Please refer to all terms and conditions below.

  • All referral schemes exclude candidates who are currently registered with Rae Recruitment or who have been placed by Rae Recruitment previously.
  • All referral schemes exclude candidates who have engaged with Rae Recruitment in the previous 12 months.
  • The $250 voucher will only be paid if the referred individual is placed by Rae Recruitment and has been in their role for 3 months.
  • Upon 3 month completion of their role, you will receive the $250 e-voucher within 14 days.
  • The voucher will be received as an e-voucher, via Prezzee.
  • It is the responsibility of the referrer to ensure their email address is valid and correct to receive the e-voucher.
  • The referring party must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details to have been handed to Rae Recruitment.
  • Should a candidate reach out directly as a result of being referred to Rae Recruitment, they need to advise who has referred them in writing.
  • It is the referring party's responsibility to contact Rae Recruitment to claim their voucher.
  • There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
  • No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the voucher is lost of stolen. No monetery alternative is available.
  • To qualify for a voucher, your referral must be referred and placed within a 12-month period.
  • We can only accept referrals for people already working in Australia, or those who are eligible to work in Australia.
  • Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a reward under this scheme.
  • Rae Recruitment reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the referral scheme at any time.
  • Rae Recruitment accepts no liability in respect of any tax implacations that may arise from this reward.
  • All decisions are final.
